Hi. Yes we should be more organised. I look at the bigger pitcher. We are going to grow and with that we need organising. Yes we had a Committee but were all numpties. Only looking for status. When I was asked if I would become Vice Chair. I said I would walk away if the Group if. I lost motivation. Well we have come to the stage larger group with small group mentality. I understand Mels thoughts view on how things are run. But we talk now with out action. Unfortunately since the Fire some ways my hands are tide with out access to my Computer But saying that I Drive on average over 100 miles a week for the Group and I feel I could do more. We all have got expertness which we can tap into besides our PAIN. Sandra was a good example. She got us up and running, but we failed her. As with the Newsletter we need Funding. Regular income is a must have. Subs etc will not sustain us in the long term. True running costs every receipts would show a very different picture. I can keep on and on. Being Self employed in the past see these things. Here endith my Serman.
