Hi all! =) Im looking to move back to East Nashville soon, if at all possible. I know this is like asking for a miracle, especially the way land values & such have skyrocketed out there lately, but...Im looking for someplace to rent (would like 2br, but thats unpossible in that area, maybe), preferably bug free & with some type of functional hvac. Prefer to stay at 800/month or less, but thats flexible depending on if utilities are included, etc.. Please send me a message if you have a place, know of a place, know a friend who has a hookup in real estate who knows somebody who has a place, or whatever. Thanks!!! I love East Nashville & must find a way to move back there!!! ***Also may be open to a roommate situation, if said roommate is quiet during the night time hours, as Im a very light sleeper.
