We are requesting your assistance in distributing a Parks Survey to your sports participants/parents/spectators. We are asking that you share the link to the survey below with as many individuals in your organization as you can. This survey is very important as it is the only way for us to collect information from those individuals that visit the parks and sports fields on a regular basis. This information will assist us in addressing any ongoing issues with our parks and sports fields, help us understand how we measure up compared to other centres and allow us to provide the best possible experience for our sports participants.
