Hi everybody :) Im moving out in december. So Im looking for somebody to take over my contract at Kooilaan. My room has 13m² and its semi-furnished. I will left the bed and the closet. But you can buy the big chair and the drawers, if you like to. The flat (72m²) is on the second floor, above a supermarket and is situated near the center (5minutes with bike) It consists of a living room (32m²), a balcony, an open kitchen, 2bathrooms (toilet and shower seperated), a storage room and two bedrooms. There is also a washing machine, a bikeroom and an elevator. The rent is around 450e inclusive water, gas, electricity and internet.The renting period is beginning/middle of december until august2015. You can extend it and also shorten it. If you like to move out earlier you have to look for the next tenant of your room.. You have to pay 2 months deposit (865e) and you have to have a salary slip, scholarship or an other income proof around 450e, so that the landlords can be sure that you can afford the rent. By the salary slip it doesnt matter if you have a job while moving in. Its also ok, if you have worked a few months ago before you move in. If youre interested, send me a message.
