Hi everyone. This is Jolene Warren again posting for Ron. Today is a GREAT day! Ron has been given the all clear on all medical issues. He has no infections and no pneumonia. His stitches look great too. He is scheduled to be transferred to a rehab facility today so he can begin physical therapy. The therapy will be 3 hours a day. (Yikes! ) As he begins this new phase of healing, I see him up and at it; and on his beloved motorcycle very soon. Its been over a year now, so his desire and motivation is strong. Ive been very proud of Ron this week. Nurses have flocked to him because of his kindness, humor and appreciation for their care. He has pushed through the road bumps and has not let them distract him from his goal to be whole and complete again. Both Ron and I have appreciated the outpouring of love and support from all of you. The messages, phone calls, and visits have helped more than you know. I think in many ways, they have helped my mental state more than Rons. :) When he is out of rehab, the party is at our house for us to show our appreciation and to celebrate a healthy life.
