Hi guys !! This is Ash a 12 week old Stafforshire Bull Terrier . When she was 7 weeks old she suffered a broken tibia :( (it was a bad break but a clean one with displacement) One of my other larger dogs accidentally stepped on her :( . it has been a HORRIBLE 5 weeks for her ~for me having to watch her suffer . however we are now at a point of beginning to think about rehabilitation. The fracture has formed a large callous and the vets have decided to take the cast off but she has another full 10 days of cage rest , to encourage her to bend her hock. The advice im looking for is when she does get out of her cage what kind of exercise will be best to rebuild muscle on her leg . the leg is really skinny and wasted compared to the other. many thanks in advance .
