Hi my friends, Topic: Keep Your Business Objectives Balanced Every business, whether small or large has objectives because it wants to be successful. For example if you own a boutique one of your objectives is to stock it with high quality clothing. However, the two primary objectives of every “for profit business” are 1) Profitability Profitability is the ability to generate income. 2) Solvency Solvency is the ability to pay debts as they become due. Unless a business can produce satisfactory income and pay its debts as they become due, a business cannot survive to realize its other objectives. Enjoy.
