Hi my name is Tiffany I am from NJ my sons was residing with his father and back in July he stopped me from seeing my son due to my bf being over my house when I had my son over for the night...soon after that happened I filed for joint custody and parenting time as I was completely ok with my son still living with his father we went through the mediation and all that and got no where just like I thought he wanted to have my rights completely taken away until we ended up in front of a judge where he wanted supervised visitations because of allegations of drug use which was not the case the judge denied the supervised visitations and the random drug screening as I had an open dyfs case because he made false allegations except for the fact that I did use marijuana I was granted joint custody of my son and would get him every tues and every other weekend I have complied with dyfs and have passed every test since the first failed one since then there have been more reports that dyfs believes are coming from him or his wife considering how detailed they are it had been 3 months since I have seen my son until the judge granted my visitations since then I have discovered that my son was going through mental and emotional abuse through my sons fathers mother and now she wasnt allowed to see him anymore and she had reached out to me in effort to help my son I have since tried to get custody but I am getting nowhere after all this I had recently had a final restraining order granted on stalking by my sons father during my parenting time I have stressed my concerns to dyfs and court but no one will here me out in court and dyfs wont help I have also recently learned that he is being none compliant with dyfs and will not let them in his home for care and supervision and has said numerous false things and back trashing me to them we are now going to court in the 26th against dyfs so they can get it court ordered for a psychological eval on my son and his father I am unsure of where to go or what to do my son hate the way his father is being and how mean he is being and begs to live with me what do I do
