Hi there. My name is Amalia Murphy and I am desperately at this point looking to find a rescue/foster/adopter for a dog that has been at the Gwinnett County Shelter Animal Control in Lawrencevill, GA since January. The dog has no name and is three yrs old, good girl, laid back, overweight, and is hw positive, the vet that seen this dog said it is treatable. My issue is that I was going to foster her however, unfortunately, plans fell through and I am hoping things will change where I can adopt her out...but right now, I need this dog who I have been trying from every angle so save out of that shelter so she can begin her treatment. Space is getting full; the coordinator told me yesterday and well, you know what happens next...plus, the longer she is not being treated the worse her hw can get...I know as I was a pet nurse. I have already collected on my own $160.00 and its adding on and have pledges that just started at $50.00...going to continue pledging...please help me save this girl...if you have the room or know of anyone???
