Hindawi Publishing Corporation is now expanding and hiring the following: Manuscript Analytics Specialist He/She is responsible for searching for references on our Data Analytic System (DAS) and Manuscript Tracking System (MTS) to suggest potential editors and reviewers. Accountabilities: • Receive manuscripts from the Manuscript Tracking System (MTS) in order to get them reviewed and edited before publishing • Download the XML file, and search by the organization tools for authors’ ID, affiliations ID, and domains to fill in the authors’ data • Upload the XML file to reviewers and editors finder organization tools to generate lists of suggested editors and reviewers • Search for the references’ Electronic IDs (EIDs) on the organization’s reference program • Contact the In-house Screening Specialists and/or Editorial Assistants in case of any corruption or challenge found regarding the author’s IDs to clear any disputes Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in any field • 0-1 year of general experience • Good knowledge of MS Office package • Very good business writing skills Qualified candidates are welcomed to send their resumes to: Jobs@hindawi.
