PAGASA 24-HOUR Public Weather Forecast issued at 5:00 am of June 18, 2013 SYNOPSIS: At 4:00 am today, the center of the Tropical Depression (TD) “Emong” was estimated at 460 km east of Baler, Aurora with a maximum sustained winds of 55kph near the center. It is forecast to move north northwest at 15kph. FORECAST: Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, BICOL Region, Visayas, Northern Mindanao and CARAGA will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms . The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to west will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming the southwest over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough.
