His & Her MEAL PREP! Prepped for the week for Dave and I! We are traveling to Colorado this weekend but thats not excuse to get off track! We will be packing our cooler full of our meal prep and bringing along our workout vids to make sure we are staying aligned with our goals! My #mealprep is complete for the week! 6 days, 5 meals a day, 1737 calories per day! -------------------------------------------- ON MY MENU (Hers): . M1: Breakfast Nachos (again! I swear these are the best ever) with cinnamon apple bites. . M2: Shakeology with flaxseed milk and water with Greek yogurt and mixed berries OR cottage cheese salad. . M3: BBQ chicken with quinoa OR Chicken, black bean, and quinoa burrito with a side of spicy summer mushrooms. . M4: Carrots or Bell Pepper with No calorie ranch dressing (purchased at sprouts) . M5: Lean turkey sausage with potatoes and zucchini noodles (made with veggetti) (yes, again! Lol- I love this recipe too!) OR Tuna Casserole with Tomato/cucumber/onion Salad --------------------------------------- Daves #mealprep is complete with 6 days, 6 meals per day at 2621 calories per day with a daily macro breakdown of 355g of carbs, 175.5g protein, 59.3g fat to bulk. -------------------------------------------- ON HIS MENU: M1: Tropical protein and shakeology smoothie . M2: Ezekiel bread with cream cheese and smoked salmon with chives . M3: Chicken, Black Bean and Quinoa Burrito with a side of kale salad . M4: Mexican Chickpea Salad and Sweet Potatoes .
