His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa yesterday praised strong relations between Bahrain and the UAE. He described advanced Bahraini-UAE ties as a model and hailed the UAEs honourable stance in support of Bahrain and its people. This came as he received a government and economic delegation from the UAE. The delegation, led by Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Dubai Economic Council chairman Juma Al Majed and Dubai World Financial Centre governor Ahmed bin Hameed Al Tayer, congratulated the Premier on his safe return to the kingdom following successful medical check-ups abroad. They reviewed relations and co-operation, supported by His Majesty King Hamad and UAE President Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and boosted by the two governments keenness to enhance them. Shaikh Nahyan lauded the Premiers crucial role in expanding the horizons of co-operation among GCC countries. He also praised his milestone contributions to Bahrains development march.
