Next time you take a hit or better yet if you’re freaking out from having just taken one – take a giant gulp of the antidote ASAP. And the antidote is Faith. Faith is the willingness to believe that no matter what happens you’re going to recover and be better off than the way you were before. Listen up: Fear & doubt flee in the presence of faith.
