Holiday Block Leave Fact Sheet Travel Dates: 20 December 2014 - 03 January 2014 Your Soldiers company will have a scheduled time with his or her company to arrange travel by air or bus at ITR & World Class Travel (ITR/WCTmilitary ticketing office). Scheduled Ticket Dates are: A CO- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 13 November 2014 B CO- 1:00-5:00 PM, 03 December 2014 C CO- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 25 November 2014 D CO- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 03 December 2014 E CO- 1:00-5:00 PM, 03 December 2014 F CO- 1:00-5:00 PM, 03 November 2014 Air Travel (Electronic ticket; non-refundable): Soldiers CANNOT use any airport other than Saint Louis (STL). If Family books Soldiers airfare, consult with ITR/WCT for authorized travel dates. Call ITR/WTC at (573) 329-2082 or (573) 329-8587 to book flights. Leave a voice mail if no one answers; ITR/WCT will call you back. ITR/WCT will need your Soldiers company (ex. A Co, 1-48) and his or her name as it appears on his or her military ID. ITR/WCT will also need Soldiers Date of Birth and will need to know that this ticket is for HBL. Soldiers who are flying home must purchase a shuttle bus ticket to travel between Fort Leonard Wood and the airport. The cost is $35 each way ($70 total). Forms of payment for airline tickets is cash, casual pay, or credit card. Shuttle Bus to/From Saint Louis Airport (Refundable until 05 December 2014) All shuttle busses will leave from Fort Leonard Wood for Saint Louis on day of departure. Soldiers must have their red ticket for departure. When Soldiers return to Saint Louis at the end of Holiday Block Leave, they will have to check in with the ITR/WCT travel agents upstairs from the Saint Louis Airport USO. Soldiers MUST have their green ticket to board the bus returning to Fort Leonard Wood. All shuttle bus tickets are non-refundable after 05 December 2014! Form of payment for Shuttle Bus tickets is Cash or Casual Pay only. Cost is $35 each way. No credit cards can be used to pay for the shuttle bus. Greyhoud Charter (paper ticket; non-refundable): Maximum round-trip cost is $260 anywhere in the continental United States. It Family books Soldiers charter bus ticket, they need to call ITR/WTC at (573) 329-2082 or (573) 329-8587. Provide Soldiers company (ex. A Co, 1-48), Soldiers name, and advise ticketing agent that this is for HBL. Do NOT book a ticket directly on greyhound. Tickets purchased this way will not reserve Soldier a seat on the charter bus! Soldiers purchase the charter ticket locally on their scheduled ticketing date. Form of Payment for the Greyhound Charter Ticket is Cash, Casual Pay, or Credit Card Notes on Forms of Payment: Cash Credit Card- Agents will need credit card number, expiration date, name on card, three-digit security code on the back of the card, and the phone number of the card holder (NOTE-- credit card cannot be used to pay for shuttle bus tickets to/from Saint Louis airport!) Casual Pay- eligible Soldiers will be able to used autorized pay amount on the day of ticketing. The exact amount the Soldier signs for will be taken out of his or her January 2015 check.
