HomeMy Jobs Business Services ClerkCBRE - Westminster, CO ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Open, sort, and deliver incoming mail and parcels to internal users.Conduct Mail pickups at mail stations and process outgoing USPS, UPS and FedEx shipmentsMay maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.May answer telephones, and direct calls. May provide back up support to Reception functionMay correspond via email with clients and co-workers in support of ongoing needsResponsible for basic operations of postage machines and tracking systems for accountable packages and copiers.May order supplies for copiers, paper and toner, as well as maintain office supplies inventoriesMay provide support, respond to work orders for copier break/fix requests and escalate to copier contractor as necessary.May compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.May review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.Other duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
