Epsom Salts 10 drops doTERRA lavender 1 drop doTERRA peppermint If youre going to use a different sized jar, measure into it and adjust based on the above recipe. Measure out Epsom Salts and then add oils. Mix together with a spoon. Tie a ribbon and/or label onto it and gift to someone... Or yourself. You could also use: serenity blend, citrus bliss, wild orange or lemon. Depending on what type of mood you were aiming for.
