Homemade Energy flapjack Scotch portage oats Sunflower butter/spread (non dairy) Natural cane sugar Chia seeds Honey Heat up pan Add in butter till it melts Add in oats till soaks up butter Add honey quite a bit! Add in sugar 3 tablespoons Add in chia seeds. Two tablespoons. Mix till forms biscuit texture not sloppy but firm in consistency. Put in buttered cake pan Put in preheated oven for 28 mins on about 160 gas! Sorry no exact measurements as I just go with divine flow!! These are lush! They give you so much energy. The chia seeds give protein, complex carbs, essential fatty acids, minerals, antioxidants, magnesium and much more. Great for low sugar levels. I will make some for Stonehenge trip. Tam xx
