Homework from Jillian Michaelss seminar: - count your calories for two weeks, then youll never really have to do it again because we are creatures of habit and rarely deviate (as adventurous as I am with food, this is still true to a point) - mentally check-in every hour and assess what youre doing to make yourself happy - make sure you treat yourself to something one day a week...be it buying five new songs for your iPhone running list, getting a mani-pedi, etc.
