The British Council, in collaboration with the A.S. Hornby Educational Trust, is currently inviting applications from Indonesian English Language Teaching Professionals for the Hornby Scholarships at Warwick University in the UK for 2015-2016. The generic MA in ELT is a qualification that is well-recognised internationally in all TESOL/ELT contexts and it allows you to take up jobs in all kinds of institutions ranging across primary, secondary and tertiary contexts. Candidates on the programme can also dip into different combinations of specialist options ( e.g. related to young learners and testing) according to their specific interests. The scholarship funds the costs of study in the UK, including return flights to the UK and visa. Candidates should be English language teaching professionals – teachers, trainers, lecturers, leaders - who have the potential to make a real difference to English language teaching in Indonesia.
