For example: In the abdomen area, first measure at the belly button, then approximately 2 inches above and 2 inches below. Use a permanent marker to mark the placements of the measuring tape for accuracy. Mark outside the targeted area, toward the back, to avoid having the Applicator smear the marker. • Leave on a minimum of 45 minutes. It may be worn longer for better results, or overnight. • Remove the Applicator, massage the remaining lotion into the skin and re-measure by lining up the tape measure to the marks made. Note your inch loss and celebrate! • Continue taking your measurements for the next 3 days. Your results are progressive. • It is very important to drink water.
