Hot Amps, Cool prices: Laney AOR 100 head. The amp was recently serviced, but it does need a capacitor replaced. Brand new tubes- less than 2 hours total. EHX 12ax7s and Mullard EL34s. Amp has some modifications. The output transformer has been replaced with a Classic Tone which to my ears is an upgrade, and the Power Transformer has been rebuilt. The amp is also set up so that when on the high input channel the regular and AOR channel have essentially been blended. This lends itself to really being able to dial in the gain that you want, and this thing is hot!!! A tech could replace it back to stock, but the LED relay inside the amp would need to be replaced. It does need a little bit of work, but this amp really screams. Beautiful cleans on the low input channel, and everything from Marshall crunch to full-on high gain meltdown on the high input channel. These amps were designed to be hot-rodded JCM800s, and thats exactly what they sound like. Get the vintage British tone youve been after for a fraction of the cost. Amp is also currently hardwired to 16ohms because a faulty impedance selector was the reason for the previous transformer damage. $250 considering it needs a bit of work- amp has ~$150 worth of virtually brand new glass in it alone. Peavey Triumph 60 head: Great sounding head. Has been modded from stock to disable the footswitch and instead put the channel switching on rocker switches on the front of the amp. This mod was made because the old footswitches were very problematic and would cause an internal fuse to blow if improperly connected. It has also been modded so that the EQ works on all three channels, when stock the EQ only worked on the clean channel. Other than that, the amp is fully functional and pretty damn loud. Its a nice pedal platform, and the clean channel really sings. Get a great tube head for less than a lot of the solid state stuff being offered today. $150 Vintage Earth Sound Research 45W solid state amp head and 4x12 cabinet. head functions well, except one of the four input jacks cuts out and probably needs replaced. Cabinet is missing one speaker, and one has some cone damage. On board reverb sounds pretty good, too. Would potentially be willing to separate, but prefer to sell together $150
