Hot Dogs, Hayrack Rides and Pigs...Oh My. Hello Soldiers! I have been so busy this weekend with parties, friends and sports. On Friday we went to Homer Lake to learn about different trees and such for school. The weather was beautiful and the leaves...magnificent. Between all that and playing with my classmates we all ended up having a great time. On Saturday we had a girls/nail party with some of my baseball friends. I got my nails painted red with glitter and they look awesome. After the party I came home and played in the leaves while mom (or should I say the mamarazzi) took fall pictures. I didnt mind too much because playing with the leaves. Today, was probably the best day of all (Thanks Nick and Karen). I went to an amazing fall party with two of my besties, Emmy and Sammi. We went on a hayrack ride to a pig farm...COol Right? The pigs were a little smelly but super cute. Then we went back to the party and cooked some hotdogs over the fire. After we were done eating we made smores/smoreos. We had a great day filled with friends, laughter, food(but no cupcakes, lol), fun and wonderful weather. Then after the party I went to my last night of soccer where I received an amazing medal. Such a great weekend!!! This week I have some appointments in St. Louis and prayers and good thoughts are always welcome. I have to see a new GI (tummy doctor) for the ongoing issues I have been having with my mic-key button (feeding tube). Hopefully they will have some answers for us. The next day I have to have a sleep deprived EEG (testing the electrical activity in my brain) to rule out any seizure activity. I remain grateful for all the love and support you continue to show my family and as always mom will keep you updated. High Fives - skn
