How Bout a Recipe Marathon? :-) Today! My spin on a Raw Vegan Sunflower Burger :-) Very filling, completely raw, vegan, natural, highly nutritious and energy promoting! This is an amazing substitute for animal flesh burgers and will wow over any guests with whom you happen to be able to share such beauties. A few simple ingredients and a trusty food processor (so happy I found one in my apartment!) and youre ready to start flying into the sky. :-) I used! A cup of sunflower seeds, soaked for about 24 hours. 1/2 cup of carrots 1/2 cup of celery A tablespoon of Udos Choice (optional) 1 1/2 teaspon of Himalayan Sea salt 2 tsp cayenne pepper 2 tbsp dried oregano 1 tbsp coriander powder A bit of water Extra bits & pieces :-) Lettuce leaves! Tomato slices! Red Onion Rings! Whisk all the ingredients (bar the extras) in a food processor, using the S-blade till it gets to be a nice thick texture. If bits get stuck to the side, move it all about with a tablespoon chanting om all the way through. ^^ Serve them up in romaine lettuce leaves and top with tomato slices and onions.
