How Great Leaders Handle Others Mistakes: The difference between poor leadership and great leadership when it comes to making mistakes, is the ability to respond with good character, instead of react with high emotions.-Betsy Allen-Manning Its easier to get upset when people make mistakes that affect you negatively, but that will only allow for the worst version of yourself to arise, and nothing gets accomplished, except both people feel bad afterwards. Great leaders do 5 things: 1. Stay calm 2. Evaluate the situation 3. Display compassion 4. Forgive the mistake 5. Ask or teach the other person how they could do it better next time. Great leaders know that even in the mistakes, you can still create a win-win for all.
