How I get Inko into his cage for the night (WARNING- I do say G*d Dam*it in the video (not at Inko! But rather cursing the bad lighting- I dont know if people would consider that swearing, but just in case! Also, that is my partner in the background- he does sometimes swear, but I checked over this video, and it seems to be clean of that :) correct me if Im wrong ^_^ ) 1. Prepare the food. Inko is almost always interested in watching this process. He knows hell get his tucker soon afterwards! 2. If he hasnt noticed it already, I will go up to him, show him the food, give him a tiny nibble to get his appetite roaring 3. Slowly, so he can see (usually at this point he stops in his tracks, so entranced by that little bit of a taste I gave him!), I take his food over to his cage. 4. Within 5 minutes max, he is in his cage, so busy eating that he doesnt notice me close his cage door for the night :) If his normal food doesnt entice him, I use a treat! I usually chop up a bit of strawberry (his absolute FAVOURITE at the moment) for him in that case- he goes for it without fail, hook and sinker! ;)
