Pixar & DreamWorks might be involved in this, too: Court watchers are keeping a close eye on the case docket waiting to see if the judge will approve a $324 million settlement for the anti-trust case in which 64,000 tech workers accused Apple, Google, Intel, and Adobe of conspiring between 2005 and 2009 not to recruit each other’s workers, thereby depressing wages. Some in the case and Koh have questioned if the settlement is enough. The workers originally sought $3 billion, which would have been tripled in a case victory under anti-trust statutes. Update: Tuesday afternoon, after the court denied the faked motion and began looking into the incident, another similar document appeared on the docket.
