How can a driver be allowed to drive if they do not understand a simple stop sign is for oncoming traffic and not them? How can a driver claim they stop for a sign on our side of the road when I have video footage and witness account that this sign was in fact for oncoming traffic to which this driver needs glasses to say the very least. Again please provide and prove this so called stop sign in the middle of a 100km zone this driver had obeyed? There are facts and fiction and this driver is stopping for a fictional sign not a factual one as there was no sign at all non nadder nothing not even an ant on the road. I just called him out of the blew to seek his answer and he has all but forgotten about the indecent to which the very reason for me making such video at the time and keeping all these details. If you force me to wait and face court at my further expenses I will seek to fully stand for myself with the evidences being shown that in no way was I the driver at fault as even the video very clearly shows. I expect speedy action on this as there is only 28 days you have given your selves to also defend against this factual evidence I have that I feel a judge even though yea I rear ended a car but the fact is the car that was rear ended has a driver in it that can not even read very plain street signals. I noticed the car in front braking slowing down and proceeded to also slow down. Then the car came to a complete stop suddenly for no reason. The opposite side of the road was Janine with her stop slow bat sign to which was the only reason the car in front had even slowed down. This was very clear the car in front did not have to slow or even stop for this sign as it was for the vehicles on the opposite side of the road and on coming traffic. At this stage I had done everything possible to avoid any contact or collision. As a result a minor dent was caused to the car in front and mine more serious damage. We exchanged information and went on our way. The man noted he was confused and did not know wheather the sign was for us or the opposite oncoming traffic. I must also note the fact I was asked to read my license number from the opposite driver as they could not read it. I would also mention I was much more than the legal 5 seconds behind and in a station wagon. Speed limit 100km. No sign to slow down other than corner signs for speed limit around them. The car stopped with no indicators no hazard lights or anything to say a complete stop was going to be made or trouble involved. My name and contact details.
