How can some mothers be so cruel to keep their children away from their fathers especially when the father has been there since the child was conceived and still giving money to the mother every month with out a court order and just because the child wanted to live with the father, now per the custody paperwork the father is portrayed to be a BAD father. This disgust me and the sad part about this is that the only thing the mother is doing is separating the child from the father and causing a void between them. i believe that if the child should be heard because its for the BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD it DOESNT say anywhere in the law that the child custody is for the best interest of the mother.
