How come I come in contact with a lot of ppl that are gettin rich in realestate that couldnt fold a pizza box but I cant find an investor that I wouldnt recieve a dime without turn key on or before projected closing date. I do know a lot that r doing it the right way and getting all the rewards they deserve! Seems each week I hear of more ppl that scam others. What bappened to a Mans Word and his work ethic proved himself? Also, I think the next Non lisenced plumber calls me and asks me what I would charge for a plumbing job that requires a licence they did so they can get dbl what they deserve, IM GONNA BLOW MY LID! Frankfort has 3 names that I know r doing so. Too much work out there for all us that we can do in our specific trade or jobs not requiring inspections or permits in all trades for ppl to be greedy! Im not a greedy person. OK MY RANTS OVER! Im here till 8 or later.......carry on! SORRY! I DO APPOLOGIZE!
