How comes the cops dont try this hard when someone who murdered a regular citizen is on the loose? I feel like so many state police are only focused on this one guy... So the crime rate elsewhere will rise and more criminals will get away which would probably result in more killings in the long run. Obviously theres still regular serious crime going on outside of this that needs to be focused on as well. Im all for catching this guy and serving justice. But 100 officers in pursuit, blocked off roads & evacuating family homes?? I feel like this case is getting special treatment because it was a cop who was shot, especially from the media.
