How do we measure life! Most people measure life in time or years. We say that this person is 99 pr 85. I have really been thinking about this aspect of measuring one’s life with the unit of measure being time. I think it is a poor way to gage a human life. Life should be measured with the contributions we made while on this earth. Simply put did my life make a difference or not. I have know people who lived to be 100 who have no note worthy contribution to society and I have know people who lived to be 15 that left a legacy that will never be forgotten. What make a life that is full of contributions to this world…CHOICE! When you rise and wipe the sleep from your eyes you need to have a life full of the right purpose. What that means is a life that is bent on leaving the world in a better place then when they entered it. STOP!!! This does not take money! It only takes a heart that is willing to love and not hate and a heart that is willing to give kindness when the world is mean.
