How do you fit exercise into your schedule? Ive been trying to get in some cardio whenever I can. For me, most of the time, its in the mornings. What Ive been doing lately and have found to be really enjoyable is to just go on fasted cardio walks. These are walks in the mornings on an empty stomach, because its supposed to help burn fat more than if you were to do cardio after having already eaten. I enjoy these walks because its good for my health, but also because they give me quiet time to collect myself and my thoughts before another busy day begins with work, kids, school, and chores. And lastly, the outdoors is just gorgeous this time of year! I dont think Ive fully appreciated the fall season until now. Every once in awhile, its great to just stop on the trail and take photos, and be reminded of the beauty of life, health, and simple happiness. -Hnub
