How does this sound guys? Anything I need to add/amend? :D To be an employee of Sunnyside PokéCare means youre a part of something special! Our goal is to make sure any Pokémon left in our hands is either placed into a loving home, or taken care of until either their trainers return, or our cartridges internal batteries expire! To take this pledge is to be the very best trainer and person you can be to those Pokémon that need our love and support more than any other! Employees Basic Responsibilities: 1) Maintaining order within the Group. Not that I expect there to be many (if any) problems. Were all human beings and we should all know how to behave and act at this point in our lives. Still, there will be times when administrational intervention is needed. Employees will be granted Admin status in order to handle any situations that may arise, and are being trusted not to turn into Power-Hungry Rocket Grunts! 2)Taking in and organizing abandoned Pokémon into the appropriate Daycare Center. This is especially important, as some of our employees/affiliates will specialize in a particular type and excel in raising pokémon of that nature. 3) Performing any services listed in the action plan (original post, pinned to the op of the page), as well as any that you feel may contribute to the growth, development or our community. 4) Keeping a friendly and professional attitude and demeanor. Everyone has a story, and its not our place to judge. Sure, breeding multiple boxes of a pokemon JUST so you can have a chance to get a shiny may seem irresponsible to us, but its up to us to find those unwanted pokémon a good home, not start a flame war with the donor. Do what you like off the clock, but in the group, youre a reflection of what Sunnyside should stand for. Keep that in mind! 5) Nurturing an environment of trust between all parties involved, whether its the person making a drop off, someone requesting an adoption, a fellow employee or affiliate, or the Pokémon itself. People need to know that they can depend on us to be true to our word, and that they can rely on us to give back any Pokémon in case they change their mind (before any adoption is finalized mind you!) This isnt just a Wondertrade dump, its a daycare COMMUNITY for abandoned/foster Pokés looking for a forever home!
