How many or you out there actually value the fact we serve hand made hollandaise sauce made with skill and care each day in our kitchen made from; butter, free range egg yokes, pepper corns, mustard, fresh squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest, white wine vinegar, and white wine ? Or are you happy with commercially engineered processed hollandaise served from tetra-pack produced by companies that also make deodorants, cleaning products and sanitary items ? Forgive me for being a purest and forgive me if I dont respect your opinion when you start telling me who produces the best Eggs Bennie in the street.. We could save ourselves a who lot of work lowering the bar simply humoring the provincial pallet of this town, but thats not our M O.
