How successful and Amazing the varicoloured salad cake I make. I am dying to tell you how to make such GREAT salad food. Ingredients & preparation: In a large, dry saucepan, cook the bacon over Moderate heat until crisp & golden, about 5 minutes. With a slotted spoon, transfer the salted meat to several layers of Kitchen Towel to assimilate the fat. Blot the top of the salted meat with some layers of Kitchen Towel to absorb any excrescent fat. Set aside. 2. In a large, Shallow bowl, combine the salted meat, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese, and Onions. Toss with just enough dressing to evenly & lightly coat the ingredients.
