How to preserve Oligarchy in three easy steps 1. Gentrification: Drive poor and working class people out of cities into suburbs and rural areas so that if they protest their marginalization,impoverishment and incarceration, they are no longer near strategic targets. Another term for this- Demographic inversion. 2. Destroy unions, first in the private sector, than in the public sector, so that workers can no longer fight successfully against wage compression, outsourcing, and monopolization of income by the 1 Percent 3.Privatize the public school system and replace it with zero tolerance charter schools or so fill public schools with tests and assessment that they teach little more than habits of obedience.
