How was your day? I cant believe the day is nearly over, I have no idea where the time went. The full moon was exact today and I was fine until this afternoon, when a headache started, and I still have it. I had lots of plans for the day, none of which were completed but I do know that I did a significant amount of energy work. At various times during the day I noticed that I had been sitting quietly, not aware of anything around me, in a state of complete disconnection and detachment, awake, but not present, and an hour or two had passed. Have you seen your connections between August 1999 and today? That is what this full supermoon is bringing up, not to remind you of any failures or unmet expectations, but to see where you can get out of the energetic tug of war (that is the topic of this weeks newsletter message) that is keeping you in dynamic tension with your healing cycles. The energy is moving fast now, can you feel it? Im excited and looking forward to seeing what is coming up next. I dont know what it is but it feels like a powerful change that is going to be so direct and clear that we wont have any doubts as to our next steps. It is building so if you arent clear yet, dont panic. It is all about timing now, not time and things happen when the timing is right, which means all of the energy is aligned for the most beneficial and benevolent outcome.
