Howdy! Lots of beer connoisseurs in here, so I figured some people in here might have good responses. Beer pairings. Ive been drinking a bit for the playoffs today, and have a decent stock of varieties, and was trying to determine what beer would do well w/ the pasta w/ red sauce Im having for dinner tonight. In this case, lasagna. I did some googling & didnt find much about what might go with it. I figured steer clear of the ipas and stouts...was thinking maybe a gose, Flanders Red, or maybe even a belgian trippel? Any suggestions for beer to go w/ italian tomato sauce?
