Human rights act should apply for everyone It can easily be proven that Royal Bank of Scotland Group have no defence to my claim and are to this date acting in bad faith Justice delayed is Justice denied...how do I get access to justice whilst the Judges and the Government and the Bank regulators turn a blind eye and allow Royal Bank of Scotland Group to hide behind silence and a judgment that flies in the face of worldwide banking law. The decision wss contrary to well settled law. There is no law that permitts the bank to breach all applicable banking rules and regulations and there is no law that permitts a Judge to ignore the law. The judgment was contrary to the rule of law the Royal Courts of Justice Judge Master Basil Yoxall was not entitled to ignore due process and banking law and precedents and to make his judgment by fraud upon the court.
