Hypocrisy is normal operating procedure for Hollywood liberals, but the self-righteous indignation of Weinstein regarding guns has to be the worst case in years. He has made millions depicting extreme gun violence in movies like Django Unchained, Kill Bill, Halloween, and Inglorious Bastards and now he wants to save us from the NRA? Let me see if I understand this correctly: Weinstein says ‘I don’t think we need guns in this country. And I hate it. I think the NRA is a disaster area.’ He says he’s going to make the NRA ‘wish they weren’t alive.’ The NRA teaches more gun safety and responsible gun ownership than anyone on the planet. Weinstein foists more senseless, gratuitous violence on the world than anyone in Hollywood and he is lecturing the NRA on the danger of guns. Am I missing something here? Or am I just confused by typical Hollywood hypocritical nonsense?
