Lagging and red tapism is really a curse to many states in india Those who are into power must maintain the courage to accept the good things done by their predecessor and to finish the deal initiated by them. The introduction of highly educated and experienced governance will make a change Our talents are exported to foreign countries and they opt that of high pay structure and life style.
