I HAVE A couple of NEW WAYS of UTILIZING that LIQUID LECITHIN that diversifies the ways we can use this great Item DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES get Liquid Lecithin from Sunflower Oil (NOW Foods, Liquid Lecithin) ~ IT IS HEXANE extracted or chemically extracted.... I WILL BE POSTING ASAP...with these 2 New Ways to use Modern Fearn brand Liquid Lecithin from Non-GMO Soybeans MEANWHILE ~ HERE is AN IDEA to USE with the MOST Naturally Antibiotic ONIONS Peel your regular Yellow Onions (outer skin), rinse & then wrap in 1-2 WET paper towels > I make sure the hand paper towels are not made from GMO trees (like BOUNTY is now, so stay away from Bounty paper towels~) & pre-wet the paper towels with spring or filtered water, then zap for 20 seconds in Microwave ~ Slice or chop the Onions, they will be greatly softened so as Not to burn our sensitive insides & yet TOTALLY kill OFF BACTERIA+ VIRUSES like nobodys business~! ~ I have sensitivity to Raw Apples so HERE goes another Idea.... Poke or Puncture some holes after rinsing off your Apples...with a toothpick all around ~ Boil some filtered water, then turn off the heat (flame) ~ Dunk your Apples in the boiling water (called blanching) for 1-2 minutes, THEN peel the skin off as most Apples are waxed except the Organic ones & enjoy pre-softened apples or pears (as long as pears are half ripe)... OR you may do with hard fruit as Apples, and/or semi ripe Pears, Peaches etc...as indicated above...with the Onions ~ I also bought some silicone bags for Microwave use & feel that we may put our Onions and any hard Fruit (30 seconds for fruits in Microwave) in those bags, with wet paper towels around them...as I feel that these silicone microwave bags should ALWAYS be used to minimize those rays I have also this tidbit to share, when I went & had a Frozen Organic Vegan meal at the Whole Foods Market...they have a dining room area with self serve microwave machines...I placed an opened Dish on a paper plate, then I placed 2 paper plates over the Frozen meal + nuked it for 3-4 minutes... Usually whenever I microwave things (rarely as I dont have one in the house, at the moment)...I right afterwards feel like some PINS + NEEDLES all over my arms & other parts of the body, since with my Fibromyalgia I am very sensitive... WHEN I USED those PAPER PLATES to shield my food while microwaving, I felt no Pins & Needles at all !! ~ Cut Raw White or Yellow ONION ~ good to erase Dark spots according to another video I just saw.......
