Here are some reminders about the rest of the week. .EVIT begins – Aug. 6.Students will remain in Online recovery to begin work on their online course • ROTC does not meet Aug. 4. It will begin Aug. 5 at Apache Junction High ( transportation is provided) Bookstore Information- What happens if my student did not go to the bookstore during the required date and time? •Tuesday, Aug. 5 the students will be called down alphabetically to the bookstore. •Option one – Students need to bring a paid receipt to the bookstore and books can be picked up, ID;s taken •Option two –Students can bring a credit card, debit card, check or cash and books can be picked up, ID’s taken •Option three – If financial assistance is needed. Parent needs to meets with an administrator by appointment. Parent can go to the bookstore with their student or send the agreed upon deposit with the student and pick up books. ID’s taken. •ATTENTION PAST DUE BALANCES: If your student has a past due balance it must be paid in full prior to setting up new financial aid plan or purchasing this year’s books and fees. You may make your payment in the Bookstore or online at combscoyoteshop/ (you will need your students ID to login). Athletes will not be allowed to compete in a fall sport until previous Athletic fees are paid in full. •Payment plans will not be extended until current plans are paid in full. You must make an appointment with an administrator to create a payment plan. •Check your student’s bedrooms and backpacks. Please return any textbooks or library books you may locate. Any non-returned books will become a charge or debt on you students account.
