I #MaxedOut for sure! Here are a few clips from yesterdays Insanity Max: 30 workout, Cardio Challenge. So the idea of the program is you go hard from the beginning and note what time you have to take your first break. You write it down and then beat it next time. So you are constantly seeing results and progress. Dont forget, this program is about MAXING OUT so you will be at that 8-10 level pushing every workout. This program is for everyone, we just all have different max out points. My level max out will look different from yours, but we will both get the same push and challenge. Plus there is a modifier if you arent comfortable with the high impact moves. Overall a great workout, I was exhausted, drenched and definitely feel like I was fitter by the end of 30 minutes!
