I absolutely agree JM JM... Why are We The American people allowing the IRS to steal our wages, salaries and property, WITHOUT any law allowing them to do so according to the SCOTUS, and give transfer them to the people of foreign Countries? And, if that were not UTTERLY INSANE ENOUGH to begin with, America is NOT ONLY BROKE but $17.8 TRILLION in public debt. It is COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE for the human mind to even comprehend what ONE TRILLION DOLLARS is. My concern, being an economist, what is going to happen if our elected Republican and Democrat enemies, someday, actually expect us Americans to pay for that debt PLUS the ONGOING expenses? What if they actually made us pay in Federal withholding and Income Taxes for that? Can you imagine if we, the American people actually have to pay for all al the Constitutionally UNLAWFUL Federal spending, debt and UNFUNDED liabilities someday? On TOP of the public debt we have over $119.9 TRILLION in UNFUNDED Liabilities. OMG, what if someday we Americans have to pay for that? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Holy sh*t, wed be dam* lucky to keep 10%, in take home pay, on our weekly paychecks. I wonder if they will ever make us pay for any of that? Do you think they will make us pay for all of that public debt someday? If so, when? How are you going to live? The Federal Government is ONLY allowed to spend money on EIGHTEEN THINGS according to the TENTH Amendment with all other spending reserved to the States, respectively, or the people. And, according to the Supreme Court of the United States the Constitution does NOT allow unapportioned Income Taxes to be levied on the American people and that all the wages and salaries earned are the property of the American people as these ARE NOT INCOME. They are merely the EQUAL EXCHANGE of personal property. I exchange the time, education, experience, abilities and skillsets I personally own, for an EQUAL exchange of personal property of the business owner. The SCOTUS found and ruled; The ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment confers NO NEW TAXES on anyone who wasnt taxable before it. And, with the fact that all eighteen items granted to our elected Republican and Democrat usurpers is MORE THAT PAID FOR by Constitutionally lawful revenue streams, and with the fact that UNDER THE RULE OF LAW, the States and the people HAVE TO PAY for everything over and above the eighteen powers and spending granted to the U.S. Government under The Constitution, WHY ARE WE letting the IRS STEAL our wages and salaries WITHOUT even a law allowing them to do so?
