I always hear woman saying that their lower abs are the hardest area to flatten.Well, here are two of my favorite lower core workouts: hanging tuck ups, and hanging v-ups!The key is to try your best to NOT to move back and forth or swing.I usually do this core workout for a minute before bed: 30 seconds of the tuck ups and 30 seconds of the v ups.A pull up bar is required for this workout.Give it and try and let me know what you think!
