I am CASTING for OKLAHOMA LIVE. This is the 21st year, the competition predates any event out there including the TV format. You need to be a well established semiprofessional decorator or higher and have some speed because the duration is short 1 1/2 hours, but there can be prepped and completed items approved to bring. SOME PRODUCT & EQUIPMENT is provided but not everything. The rules will be completed soon and the theme, which will be revealed to all competitors at the same time is fun and whimsical. Please send a picture of a recent cake you have made if you are interested -- I need to be sure you can handle the experience and you not jumping in too soon for your own good, I dont want anyone to crash and burn in public through inexperience. (Being kind to you all here, I dont want hurt feelings or disappointment because you got in out of your depth LOL).
