I am, God willing tomorrow week in the Baptist Church, Comber being interviewed on the question Where is God when it hurts? This will begin a bi- monthly series of meetings to help local people, both committed Christians and others who are struggling with difficult issues. I understand in coming months Brian Gault and Andrew and Pat Cardy will share. Do pray for Comber Baptist folk as they invite friends. Pray for myself on the 7th of Sept. at 7pm. (It was going to be at 5pm but now will be at 7.) Our own church Newtownbreda Baptist are holding a special evening on 14th September in the Ramada Hotel, Shaws Bridge, Belfast called Living Water - the Olympic Silver Medallist rowers, the Chambers brothers will share about faith, rowing and the need of clean water in Africa. We live in a world where people need to hear about God. Pray for blessing. Attend if you have real needs. Tickets are available through the church office at Newtownbreda Baptist, free admission but to help with numbers.
