I am amazed by the criticism against one of Liberias enterprising oil and gas experts, Ms. Jacqueline Khoury in relation to the invitation of Estrada Bernard, lll and others. Those of us who have interacted with Ms. Khoury closely, have no doubt about her integrity, patriotism and love for her country. Ms. Khoury has made and continue to impact the petroleum industry by her unstopable calls for a transperant and inclusive operation of the National Oil Company of Liberia to the dislike of the McClains. We are aware of the sabotage of McClain, Badio and others to bring the credibility of this noble daughter of our country into public disrepute. She has done exceptionally well in the quest to extend the benefits of the oil program beyond the reach of the oil and gas custodians to the media, CSOs, IOCs among others but continue to be undermined by McClain and his criminal cartel instituted at NOCAL. We are receiving credible information that, Dr. McClain has put up a bid round for 11 blocks for a little over 120,000,000 USD in the face of the ongoing reform. All indicators point to the fact that hes instituting 4G on this bid round as he exits NOCAL because the obvious signs are on the wall that he lacks the leadership, energy, commitment and credibility to lead NOCAL and execute the reform. Let me make this public that, no matter the conspiracy against Ms. Khoury for her frame desire to include the Liberian people in the running of the oil resources, we are grateful that after years of work in the corridor of business and developmet opportunities in Africa for almost twenty (20) years as a commercial consultant to both public and private oil and gas companies, she has return home to make the much needed change in the frontier oil industry of our country. Ms Khoury critics who strives on travialities and ineudoes as trampcard to place a hold on her exuberance to reform the operation of NOCAL and increase the participation of the REAL OWNERS of the petroleum resources have wrongly miscalculated and their deceit impregnanted with miscarriages of falsehood, lies and pretends must be condemn here and now. They must know that the Jacqueline being maligned is the same person who as far back as 1999 to 2003 worked along with Belle Dunbar, Morris Saytumah, Musa Dean, Emmanuel Shaw, Sam Jackson and others to create what is today the National Oil Company of Liberia. Where was McClain? Ms. Khoury has demonstrated huge respect and love for her country and as an evidence of that, she abondoned several offers from companies she previously work with to help her mother land, to include: TransWorld Oil and Gas, Murphy Oil, CAMAC, Oceanic, Intels (Nigeria), Sonils (Angola), the Government of Sierra Leone, the Gtreater Houston Partnership (GHP) to name a few. Facebook friends, i am seriously worry about the future of this country with the form and manner in which advocacy has become a tale of blackmailing the hard earned reputation of patriotic sons and daughters in the quest to satisfy egoistic and conservative President/CEO and others for few dollars. I thank Liberia Petroleum Watch for the proposed activities and pledge my moral and financial support to seeing our kids become the next Bernard or even more in the soonest possible future. We shall overcome, despite the backward and reactionary tendencies of the McClains and their followers. Be warn!!!! Liberia Oil is tie to the Future of the country. Dont mess it up!!!!
